RETURNS POLICY

You have 30 days from the delivery of your package to return your extensions for exchange or store credit. Items must be shipped back unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

In order to request a return, please contact us at info@miellee.com within the qualifying exchange period. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide you with the address for our warehouse where the returned item will be inspected to confirm that you qualify for the exchange or store credit. Worn or damaged merchandise cannot be exchanged or credited.

These are the exact conditions for us accepting the package back & offering an exchange or store credit:

  • the product must be in the original condition (unworn & unused)
  • if we receive the product back and we can see that you have used it, we will not exchange it for you
  • if the product is damaged or altered in any way (cut, colored, etc), we will not offer an exchange
  • the product must ship back within 30 days of receiving it
  • the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange

Our extensions are hand-made and individually colored in small batches using natural human hair. As such, differences in the exact construct, color & texture of the extensions are to be expected and WILL NOT be grounds for refund. Please read more about the variations policy here.

Miellee Hair Extensions must be shipped back unworn, unused, in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or an exchange will not be issued.

We test all returns to ensure that they are genuine Miellee Hair products and to ensure that they have not been mistreated or falsely returned. Hair extensions that have been bleached, colored, toned, chemically processed, cut or permanently altered in any way do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with a return and we recommend that the buyer send their return with a tracking number as Miellee Hair Company will not be held responsible for lost returns.

Returns must be sent back only to the address that we provide upon issuing the return authorization. We are not responsible for packages that are sent to any other address, other than the one we provide for purpose of the return.

Merchandise returned without contacting us first will be denied and sent back to the buyer at the buyer's expense.

In a case where any of the above terms & conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse a return. The merchandise will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's own expense.
