ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
The purchase of merchandise through the Site is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Internet in accordance with the laws of the Las Vegas, Nevada, United States.
In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the Site’s terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to PayPal and Shopify, and who have authorized us to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase.
By making an offer to purchase merchandise, you expressly authorized us to perform credit checks and, where Miellee Hair Company feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain your credit card information or credit report information (including any updated information) to or from third parties solely to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorization and/or to authorize individual purchase transactions.
Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out within the Terms of Use.
Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
By purchasing our services you are explicitly agreeing that you clearly understand and agree to what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal, credit card or debit card institution. Furthermore, you have authorization to use the credit card, debit card, PayPal account or any other payment source used to make the purchase.

Miellee Hair Company offers products for sale that are custom made and created at the time that you place your order. Occasionally however, we offer products that are pre-made and ready to dispatch immediately. You may be given the possibility of making an Advance Payment for certain items in which case you are able to make an Advance Purchase. This will ensure that you receive this item in priority once products are ready to dispatch. Your rights regarding Advance Purchase are the same as those for any other purchase at the Site.
Items received into stock may be pre-allocated to satisfy Advance Payment orders and customers making Advance Payments will receive items in priority to customers on the Waiting List or customers ordering through the Site for immediate delivery. Please be aware that we may be unable to deliver selected Advance Payment merchandise due to production problems or quality check issues identified when we receive an order into stock. In these circumstances we will notify you by email and refund the Advance Payment to your credit/debit card within thirty days of being advised that merchandise has become unavailable.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Due to the nature of custom made products, once an order has been received and processed (i.e., we have begun creating your extensions per your specifications), the order can no longer be cancelled. In the rare instance that we approve a cancellation for strenuous circumstances, the cancellation will incur a 50% restocking fee to cover a portion of costs already spent on creating your order.
VARIATIONS IN PRODUCTS
Miellee Hair Extensions are custom made by hand using real authentic natural human hair. As such, please understand that variations in the exact construct, texture, and color of your extensions are normal and to be expected. When ordering from our website, please take this into consideration as such variations will not be grounds for returns or refunds.
The hair we sell is completely natural, meaning that it is not coated in harsh chemicals and it comes just as it grew naturally on the person's head. Since the hair is 100% natural and not manufactured by a machine, this means that the texture of each set is unique, patterns will vary from set to set, and the hair may display imperfections that are normal for raw human hair material. Additionally, since our extensions are hand-painted and not manufactured by a machine, this means that color patterns and tones will vary from set to set. This is inevitable when ordering custom hand-painted products.
If you are ordering multiple items and feel very strongly that they need to look exactly alike, please consider ordering all the items together so we can create them at once and match them to each other as closely as possible.
Our product photos are quite accurate and we take every measure to capture the details of our products to the best of our abilities. We photograph all of our extensions in natural light with no filters. Despite our best efforts, however, please understand that lighting, photography, and the device on which you are viewing the photos can still impact the way hair color appears.
Slight variations in construct/color/texture and/or change of mind will not qualify for return or refund, but if the extensions you receive are not as you expected, you always have the option to send the extensions back for exchange or store credit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with an exchange or return.

SECURITY AND PAYMENT
Your financial & identity protection is our most important priority. That is why we process all payments through Paypal and Shopify Payments, both of which are heavily encrypted third party payment processors used by millions of people daily and are heavily encrypted third party-payment processors.
We take reasonable care to make our Site secure. We will not store your credit/debit card details on our systems as PayPal and Shopify processes it independently of Miellee Hair Company.
Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
CHANGES TO PRODUCTS AND PRICES
Prices shown on the Site are in US Dollars and are exclusive of taxes. If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax may be charged on orders shipped to certain states, as mandated by the local state governments. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the USA.
We reserve the right to make changes to the products and prices listed on the Site, and to other content of this website, at any time without notice.
While we do our best to ensure that product descriptions on our website are accurate, some inaccuracies, typographical errors or misinterpretations may occur. We reserve the right to correct such inaccuracies or typographical errors as they are identified without Miellee Hair Company being held accountable for such inaccuracies or errors.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
Delivery time frames are calculated based on guidelines provided by third-party shipping services. Miellee Hair Company cannot guarantee or be held responsible for packages delayed, lost, or damaged in transit due to the performance of third-party shipping services.
All processing time frames are estimates and can shift depending on current volume of orders and stock levels at the time that each order is placed. Miellee Hair Company reserves the right to adjust the processing times listed on the website, and to other content of the website, at any time without notice.
Customers will be responsible for payment of additional fees caused by wrong address information. No refunds will be issued on refused or abandoned shipments.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Miellee Hair Company will charge sales taxes to the following states: Wisconsin, Washington, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, Nebraska, Michigan, Maryland, Louisiana, Kentucky, Kansas, Indiana, Illinois, Georgia, Colorado, California, Arkansas and New York.
These collected taxes are mandated by the local state governments. Miellee Hair Company in no way benefits from this and directly pays the amount collected to the state.
All prices indicated on this Site do not reflect any or all of the international duties, taxes, or other customs charges that the package may encounter when it arrives in its final destination. Please contact the customs agency officials to find out of all applicable taxes and duties (if any). Those charges vary greatly from country to country and will not be covered by Miellee Hair Company.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND STORE CREDITS
Products returned for exchange or store credit must be mailed back within 90 days of receipt.
We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered in any way.
If you or your stylist choose to perform a chemical process of any kind on the hair, including but not limited to bleaching, lightening, coloring or toning the hair, please note that you are doing so at your own risk and you are accepting full responsibility for the results. Products which have been chemically altered are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or warranty of any kind. No exceptions can be made.
Tags must be attached and the original packaging must be fully intact.
Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the customer at his or her expense.
We do not offer cash refunds, only exchanges or store credits as detailed in our return policy.
Items ON SALE are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
There is a maximum of 2 exchanges per order. The first exchange is free of charge (the buyer only pays for shipping back and forth). The second exchange incurs a fee (currently set at 50% of the product cost). When two exchanges have been made on the same order, no further exchanges can be accommodated for that same order.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with a return, exchange or store credit.
When processing an exchange, the buyer will be sent an invoice to cover the shipping fee associated with delivering the new set of hair. When processing a store credit, the cost of shipping the new set will be deducted from the store credit that is issued.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
The 30 day warranty covers all extensions purchased from Miellee.com (except items on sale which are not eligible for return or warranty). Products under warranty must be returned to us for inspection within 30 days of receipt. No exceptions can be made. If an item is deemed defective by our industry-accepted tests, we will issue a full store credit OR a partial store credit to the buyer's account. We reserve the right to determine how much of a credit shall be issued based on a number of factors, including usage, purchase date, and claim date.
The warranty does not cover characteristics which are normal for custom hair extensions made of natural human hair, including but not limited to : normal variations and imperfections in color, texture, and construct, slight variations in color due to lighting and photography settings, issues related to improper application of products, lack of moisture and essential oils applied to the hair, response to weather conditions, normal amounts of fading, shedding, frizziness, or dryness attributed to authentic human hair, or fading of colors over time.
Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on returned items that are not determined to be defective.
Warranty is done 1 time only.
CHANGES TO POLICIES AND TERMS
We reserve the right to make changes to Shop Policies and Terms of Use at any time should those changes be required for a successful technological and legal operation of this Site. You should check these Terms of Use regularly for such changes.
GENERAL LEGAL TERMS
Complete Terms: the Terms of Use constitute the whole legal agreement between you and Miellee Hair Company and govern your use of the Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you understand that Miellee Hair Company may make changes to the Terms of Use from time to time. When these changes are made, Miellee Hair Company will make a new copy of the Terms of Use available at Miellee.com. You agree that Miellee Hair Company is under no obligation to provide you with notices regarding changes to the Terms of Use. You understand that it is your responsibility to check the Terms of Use regularly for changes.
Confidentiality: You understand that Miellee Hair Company grants the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the site for the sole purpose of creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials. Miellee Hair Company reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases.
Liability in the Event of Breach: You agree that you will comply with all of the provisions of the Terms of Use. You understand that you are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations under the Terms of Use and for the consequences of any such breach.
Rights Not Waived: You agree that if Miellee Hair Company does not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy which is contained in the Terms of Use this will not be taken to be a formal waiver of Miellee Hair Company rights and that those rights or remedies will still be available to Miellee Hair Company.
Severability: If any court of law, having the jurisdiction to decide on this matter, rules that any provision of these Terms of Use is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the Terms of Use without affecting the rest of the Terms of Use. The remaining provisions of the Terms of Use will continue to be valid and enforceable.

Independent Relationship: You and Miellee Hair Company are independent contractors, and these Terms of Use, including but not limited to submission or distribution of any Content you created, will not, in whole or in part, establish any relationship of partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise or agency between the you and Miellee Hair Company . Neither party will have the power to bind the other or incur obligations on the other's behalf without the other's prior written consent. Neither party is authorized to act as an agent or representative of the other or for or on behalf of the other party in any capacity other than as expressly set forth in the Terms of Use. Neither party shall in any manner advertise, represent or hold itself (or any of its agents) out as so acting or being authorized so to act, or incur any liabilities or obligations on behalf of, or in the name of, the other party, unless specifically provided for in the Terms of Use.
