Enjoy FREE priority shipping throughout the United States and discounted priority shipping worldwide!

Items dispatch from our studio in Las Vegas, Nevada. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox, please double check your junk/spam or promotions folder.

 

SHIPPING METHODS

ALL DELIVERY TIME FRAMES BELOW ARE CALCULATED BASED ON GUIDELINES PROVIDED BY USPS (www.usps.com). Please refer to the official USPS website for the latest shipping and delivery updates in your area, including any service disruptions due to the global pandemic. While we cannot guarantee or be held responsible for packages delayed, lost, or damaged in transit due to the performance of USPS, we will assist our customers in any deficiency in third-party shipping services. Definitions of terms : "Basic tracking" means that you will be able to see when the item is dispatched, when it departs the United States, and when it lands in your country. This tracking method will sometimes but not always show when the item is actually delivered. "Comprehensive tracking" means you will be able to track the package every step of the way, including when it is dispatched, when it departs the U.S., when it lands in your country, when it is sorted through customs, when it is out for delivery, and finally when it is delivered.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO INCLUDE ESTIMATED PROCESSING TIME WHEN CALCULATING YOUR DELIVERY DATE. Processing timeframes below are updated regularly to reflect the current volume of orders and stock levels. If you are in a rush to receive your order, please do not worry, we can often accommodate rush requests as long as we agree to it in advance.     Please note : We are a small company and we work our hardest to get orders out as quickly as possible. All timeframes above are estimates and processing times can shift depending on the the volume of orders and our current stock levels at the time that you place your order. In the event that there is a significant delay processing your order, we will notify by email and provide you with a new delivery date.

     

    CUSTOMS & DUTIES

    Miellee Hair Company is not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes. Furthermore, any taxes, fees, or duties imposed by international customs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. These fees are not collected by Miellee Hair Company. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country. Miellee Hair Company will always mark packages with the retail cost that you paid to ensure full insurance coverage in the rare instance that a package gets lost or damaged in transit.


    ADDRESS VERIFICATION

    Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing and delivery time. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided. 

    Please make sure that you enter the correct billing address and contact information as it appears on your bank or credit card statement. Transactions may not go through if the information entered does not match exactly what your bank or credit card provider has on file. Some transactions may also be held for further verification by our customer support team. Make sure to also enter the correct shipping address (Street number and name, City, State, and Zip Code) as we are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is not entered correctly.

    In the event that a buyer provides incorrect shipping information and there are additional costs incurred to re-deliver or return the item back to us, the buyer will be responsible for those additional fees. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer will not be reimbursed for shipping fees.

    If the buyer refuses to accept the delivery of a package they purchased, the mail carrier may return the items to Miellee Hair Company. If this happens, Miellee Hair Company may be required to pay additional charges to the carrier in respect to the cost of return. We will recover these costs from buyer and deduct any fees & shipping costs from refund or store credit allotted to the buyer.

    DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED

    All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS for next steps on how to locate your package. Feel free to reach out to info@miellee.com for assistance.

    We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to instead have your package delivered to a work address to ensure that you receive it safely.

    SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS

    Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package.
