Miellee Hair Company is processing orders as normal and our in house creation time has not changed due to the pandemic. For the most part, the delivery timeframes provided by our mail carriers also remain uninterrupted. However, we have seen a few occasional delays in international deliveries due to limited transport by postal services. While we have no control over the affect of the pandemic on postal services, we always do everything we can to help facilitate the fastest possible delivery of your package. SHIPPING OPTIONS

Within the United States :

  • USPS PRIORITY MAIL: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days once your item has shipped. Comprehensive tracking number included. $10 flat rate anywhere within the U.S.
  • USPS EXPRESS MAIL: Guaranteed delivery within 1-2 business days once your item has shippedComprehensive tracking number included. $30 flat rate anywhere within the U.S.

Outside the United States :

  • USPS FIRST CLASS REGISTERED MAIL: Estimated delivery within 14-21 business days once your item has shipped. Basic tracking number included. $30 flat rate anywhere in the world.
  • USPS PRIORITY MAIL: Estimated delivery within 10-14 business days once your item has shipped. Basic tracking number included. $45 flat rate anywhere in the world.
  • USPS EXPRESS MAIL: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days once your item has shipped. Basic tracking number included. $60 flat rate anywhere in the world.
  • USPS GX MAIL: Guaranteed delivery within 3-5 business days once your item has shipped. Comprehensive tracking number included. $90 flat rate anywhere in the world.

Definitions of terms above: "Estimated delivery" means the carrier provides a target delivery date, but this date is not promised. The carrier does not offer any refund in the case that an estimated delivery date is not met. "Guaranteed delivery" means the carrier promises to deliver your item by the said date. The carrier offers a Money Back Guarantee barring that the delay was caused by customs or other circumstances outside of their control. Please refer to the USPS website for all details. "Basic tracking" means that you will be able to see when the item is dispatched, when it departs the United States, and when it lands in your country. This tracking method will sometimes but not always show when the item is actually delivered. "Comprehensive tracking" means you will be able to track the package every step of the way, including when it is dispatched, when it departs the U.S., when it lands in your country, when it is sorted through customs, when it is out for delivery, and finally when it is delivered.

Our products are CUSTOM MADE and ship out approximately 5-10 business days after payment is finalized. 

    Please note : We are a small company and work our hardest to get orders out as quickly as possible. Please understand that the delivery date can shift depending on the details of your order and our current stock levels. In the event that there is a significant delay processing your order, we will notify and provide you with a new delivery date.

    RUSH ORDERS

    In most instances, we are able to accommodate rush requests. If you need your extensions delivered by a certain date, please contact info@miellee.com to discuss the details of your order and delivery options. For the most expedient delivery of your item, you can go ahead and purchase your item, and then secondly email us with your order number and desired delivery date. 


    CUSTOMS & DUTIES

    Please note that Miellee Hair Company is not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes. Furthermore, any taxes, fees, or duties imposed by international customs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country. Miellee Hair Company will always mark packages with the retail cost that you paid to ensure full insurance coverage in the rare instance that a package gets lost in transit.


    ADDRESS VERIFICATION

    Please make sure that you enter the correct billing address and contact information as it appears on your bank or credit card statement. Transactions may not go through if the information entered does not match exactly what your bank or credit card provider has on file. Some transactions may also be held for further verification by our customer experience team. Make sure to also enter the correct shipping address (Street number and name, City, State, and Zip Code) as we are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is not entered correctly. In the event that a buyer provides incorrect shipping information and there are additional costs incurred to re-deliver or return the item back to us, the buyer will be responsible for those additional fees.
