RETURNS

 

 

We are happy to offer a 30 day return period during which you can send the extensions back for exchange or store credit. Items must be shipped back unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

In order to request a return, please contact us at info@miellee.com within the qualifying exchange period. We will provide you with the return address where the item will be inspected to confirm that you qualify for the exchange or store credit. Worn or damaged merchandise cannot be exchanged or credited.

 

THESE ARE THE EXACT CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS :

  • the product must be in the original condition (unworn & unused)
  • all tags and packaging must still be intact (strings and hang tags included)
  • if we receive the product back and we can see that you have used it, we will not be able to exchange it for you
  • if the product is damaged or altered in any way (cut, colored, etc), we will not be able to exchange it for you
  • the product must ship back within 30 days of receiving it
  • shipping fees are not refundable and the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with a return
 

TERMS

Miellee Hair Extensions are custom made by hand using real authentic natural human hair. As such, please understand that variations in the exact construct, texture, and color of your extensions are to be expected and will not be grounds for refund. The hair we sell is completely natural, meaning that it is not coated in harsh chemicals and it comes just as it grew naturally on the person's head. Since the hair is 100% natural and not manufactured by a machine, this means that the texture of each set is unique and patterns will vary from set to set. Additionally, since our extensions are hand-painted and not manufactured by a machine, this means that the color patterns can also vary slightly from set to set.

 

Our product photos are quite accurate and we take every measure to capture the details of our products to the best of our abilities. We photograph all of our extensions in natural light with no filters. Despite our best efforts, however, please understand that lighting, photography, and the device on which you are viewing the photos can still impact the way hair color appears. Slight variations in color and/or change of mind will not qualify for refund, but if the extensions you receive are not as you expected, you always have the option to send the extensions back for exchange or store credit (as detailed above).

Miellee Hair Extensions must be shipped back unworn, unused, in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or an exchange will not be issued.

 

We test all returns to ensure that they are genuine Miellee Hair products and to ensure that they have not been mistreated or falsely returned. Hair extensions that have been bleached, colored, toned, chemically processed, cut or permanently altered in any way do not qualify for returns or exchanges. If you or your stylist choose to perform any altering process of any kind on the hair extensions, including but not limited to bleaching, lightening, coloring or toning the hair, you are doing so at your own risk and you are accepting full responsibility for the results. To avoid any undesired results, please perform a 'strand test' prior to applying any bleaching, coloring, or toning agent to the entire set of extensions so that you may see the results of your work before proceeding with the full set.

 

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with a return. We recommend that the buyer send their return with a tracking number as Miellee Hair Company will not be held liable for lost returns.

 

Returns must be sent back only to the address that we provide upon issuing the return authorization. We are not responsible for packages that are sent to any other address, other than the one we provide for purpose of the return.

 

Merchandise returned without contacting us first will be denied and sent back to the buyer at the buyer's expense.

 

If the buyer refuses to accept the delivery of a package they purchased, the mail carrier may return the items to Miellee Hair Company. If this happens, Miellee Hair Company may be required to pay additional charges to the carrier in respect to the cost of return. We will recover these costs from buyer and deduct any fees & shipping costs from the store credit allotted to the buyer.

 

In a case where any of the above terms & conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse a return. The merchandise will be sent back to the buyer at the buyer's own expense.

 

We do not offer cash refunds for our custom made products, only exchanges or store credits as described above.
