90 DAY RETURNS
If the product you ordered is not an ideal match, you have 90 days from the delivery date to return the product for exchange or store credit. In order to initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com within the qualifying period to get the process started.
If you opt for an exchange, we will ask you to confirm the product you want instead, and we will start preparing your new extensions right away to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
If you opt for a store credit, we will issue your personalized discount code equaling the full product price (excluding shipping costs) as soon as we receive the product you've returned. Store credits have no expiration date and can be used at any point in the future.
These are the conditions under which we can process your return :
- Products must be shipped back unworn, unused, and in their original condition
- Worn or damaged products are not returnable and no exceptions can be made
- All tags and packaging must still be intact (strings and hang tags included)
- The product must be shipped back within 90 days of receiving it
Shipping fees are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with any return. If you are returning your product for exchange, you will be sent an invoice to cover the shipping fee associated with delivering your new set of hair. If you are returning your product for store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the credit issued to your account. This is so we can collect the shipping fee that will be used to send your new product when you order it, since our website will automatically add free shipping to your order when you use your store credit.
There is a maximum of 2 exchanges per order. The first exchange is free of charge (buyer only pays for shipping back and forth). The second exchange incurs a fee (currently set at 50% of the product cost). This is because all of our products are custom made and every time you are exchanging a product, we are spending time and resources to create a whole new product for you.
We recommend that you mail your product back using a shipping method that includes tracking information and insurance coverage. Miellee Hair Company cannot be held liable for packages which are never received.
Returns must only be sent back to the address that we provide you upon issuing your return authorization. We are not responsible for packages sent to any other address, other than the one provided for the purpose of your return.
We test all products returned to us to ensure that they are genuine Miellee Hair products and to ensure that they have not been mistreated or falsely returned. Hair extensions that have been used, worn, defaced, bleached, colored, toned, chemically processed, cut or permanently altered in any way do not qualify for returns under any circumstance.
In a case where any of our terms & conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return, exchange, or store credit. The merchandise will be sent back to the buyer at the buyer's own expense.
Miellee Hair Extensions are custom made by hand using authentic natural human hair. Due to the nature of raw organic materials, please understand that variations in the construct, color, and texture of your extensions are normal and to be expected. We take every measure to photograph our products to the best of our abilities however lighting and the device on which you are viewing photos can impact the way products appear. If the extensions you receive are not as you expected, you have the option to return them for exchange or store credit (per the policy detailed above). As our products are custom made, we do not offer cash refunds. By purchasing from our website, you are agreeing to these terms.
Miellee Hair Company maintains the upmost standards in the production of our products. We stand behind the quality of the items we sell, which is why we offer a 30 day warranty against manufacturing defects. All merchandise claimed as defective must be brought to our attention and be sent back to us within 30 days of receipt. Once the hair is returned, our quality control team will inspect the hair and determine any manufacturing defects. In the event that the hair is deemed defective, we will issue a store credit effective immediately.
