We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as Paypal payments and Shop Pay installment payments. All transactions are processed through Paypal and Shopify, both of which are heavily encrypted third party payment processors used by millions of people daily and are heavily encrypted third party-payment processors. No card information is ever saved at Miellee Hair Company and it remains the private property of the card holder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase.In addition to processing all credit card sales via a fully secured and reputable third party payment processor, your checkout experience is protected by industry standard 128 Bit SSL encryption to protect your private data. Miellee Hair does NOT keep credit card information on record.
PAY NOW or PAY LATER
Miellee Hair Company now offers the ability to pay for your order in 4 installments using Shop Pay, a checkout system similar to PayPal. Shop Pay is a convenient checkout method that allows you to check out faster when you're shopping by automatically filling in your saved payment and shipping information when you enter your email address at checkout. They offer a way for U.S. customers to break up the cost of their purchase into 4 installments.
When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase into 4 equal bi-weekly installment payments - with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees and no impact on your credit score.*
In some instances, your first payment is due when you make your purchase. In other instances, your first payment is 2 weeks after your purchase. The remaining 3 payments will be automatically charged to your card saved on Shop Pay every 2 weeks. You'll get an email reminder before each payment.

HOW IT WORKS :
1) Add the products to your cart and choose Shop Pay as your payment method
2) Choose the installments option
3) Choose a debit or credit card to use for payment, then tap continue
4) Follow the steps to verify your identity - this usually takes just a few moments
5) If you agree to the terms, click Agree, then tape Authorize to purchase
6) Enter the 6-digit verification code that was texted to your phone
Your first payment will either be due at checkout or 2 weeks after your purchase. The next 3 remaining installments will be automatically charged to your card saved on Shop Pay every 2 weeks. You'll get an email reminder before each payment.*
ADDITIONAL INFO
THERE IS NO IMPACT ON YOUR CREDIT SCORE, AND YOU'LL NEVER PAY INTEREST OR LATE FEES. If you choose to pay in installments through Shop Pay, there will be no impact to your credit score. For Shop Pay installments, Affirm will not report to credit bureaus. Please note that late payments and non-payments may affect your ability to use Shop Pay Installments in the future. *
THERE ARE NO LATE FEES if you miss a scheduled payment or prepayment fees if you choose to pay off your balance early.*

CURRENCY CONVERSION
All prices listed on the website are in US dollars. For international orders, the bank that has issued your credit/debit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged. The amount taken from the original funding source is returned in full when refunded by the seller. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies caused by exchange rate fluctuations. In order to determine an estimated exchange rate for your currency, we recommend using this online currency converter.
TRANSACTION FEES
Miellee Hair Company is a U.S. operated company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. If you are ordering outside of the United States, your credit card company or bank might charge you a fee of $3-$5 that might even display as if it was charged by Miellee Hair Company. This fee is not charged by Miellee Hair Company as it is charged directly by your bank because you are purchasing something outside of your country of origin. We cannot refund this fee as it is not charged by Miellee Hair Company. Please contact your credit card provider or bank in regards to this charge.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please make sure that you enter the correct billing address and contact information as it appears on your bank or credit card statement. Transactions may not go through if the information entered does not match exactly what your bank or credit card provider has on file. Some transactions may also be held for further verification by our customer experience team. Make sure to also enter the correct shipping address (Street number and name, City, State, and Zip Code) as we are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is not entered correctly.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Due to the nature of custom made products, once an order has been received and processed (i.e., we have begun creating your order per your specifications), the order can no longer be cancelled. Please be certain of your order before placing it. Our products are individually created for each customer and require an immense amount of time and resources. For this reason, all sales are final and we are unable to cancel orders once they have started to be processed. In the rare instance that we approve a cancellation for absolute strenuous circumstances, the cancellation will incur a 50% restocking fee to cover a portion of costs already spent on creating your order. This restocking fee will also apply in the event that a customer wishes to return their unused extensions and cancel their order instead of receiving an exchange or store credit under the terms of our return policy. No exceptions can be made. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
PAYMENT AGREEMENT
By purchasing our services you are explicitly agreeing that you clearly understand and agree to what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal, credit card or debit card institution. Furthermore, you have authorization to use the credit card, debit card, PayPal account or any other payment source used to make the purchase.
