    NOTES: Each bundle measures 70-100 inches wide depending on the length. Most people use 1-2 bundles for a partial head and 3-4 bundles for a full head.

We use only the highest quality Virgin + Remy Human hair to create all of our products and we are pleased to offer super high luxury quality products at affordable prices.


    Our Designer Items are only available in limited quantities. These items are in stock and ready to ship from Las Vegas, Nevada in approximately 1-2 business days. They are pre-made and come as shown in the listing photos (no customizations). Once a Designer Item is sold out, it may not be offered again on our website. If the designer item that you want is sold out, feel free to contact us at info@miellee.com and we may be able to recreate it for you. 


    Our Signature Items are created for each individual customer at the time that you place your order. These items are fully customizable and can be adjusted any way you see fit. Simply type your instructions in the box at checkout and we will create your extensions accordingly. If no instructions are included with your order, your extensions will be shipped as they are shown and described in the product listing. Processing time for Signature Items is approximately 5-7 business days.


    If you don't see the extensions you need featured in our store, you can submit a custom request for the extensions of your choice at no extra charge. We have access to many hair types/products/colors/textures and we can create virtually any kind of extension you need. Learn more>


    Given the nature of bespoke products made from real human hair, please allow for some variation in the exact construct, color and texture of each set. Additionally, please understand that lighting, photography & the device on which you are viewing photos can impact hair color. We do our very best to capture the true color of our extensions by photographing them outdoors in neutral sunlight with no filters or edits.     We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as Paypal payments and we offer a layaway option if you wish to purchase your extensions in two or three payment installments. To enroll in a layaway plan, send an email to info@miellee.com for further info.


    Cancellations (for non-rush orders) are accepted with no penalty up to 24 hours after we receive your order. After 24 hours, and/or once we have begun processing your extensions (ie payment verified, hair reserved and/or coloring begun), any cancellation will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Rush orders cannot be cancelled.


    You have 30 days from the delivery of your package to return your extensions for exchange or store credit. Items must be shipped back unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

    The shipping method that you select at checkout determines how quickly your package will reach you once shipped. Be sure to include processing time when calculating the estimated delivery date of your product. Items on sale are shipped out in approximately 1-2 business days. Made-to-order items are shipped out in approximately 5-7 business days. Custom requests are shipped out in approximately 10 business days. 

    If you need your extensions delivered in a hurry, please contact info@miellee.com to discuss the details of your order and delivery options. For the most expedient delivery of your item, please go ahead and purchase your item, and then secondly email us with your order number and desired delivery date.


    Please note that Miellee Hair Company is not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes. Furthermore, any taxes, fees, or duties imposed by international customs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.


    Please make sure that you enter the correct billing address and contact information as it appears on your bank or credit card statement. Transactions may not go through if the information entered does not match exactly what your bank or credit card provider has on file. Some transactions may also be held for further verification by our customer experience team. Make sure to also enter the correct shipping address (Street number and name, City, State, and Zip Code) as we are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is not entered correctly. In the event that a buyer provides incorrect shipping information and there are additional costs incurred to re-deliver or return the item back to us, the buyer will be responsible for those additional fees.
