We at Miellee Hair Company enforce strict quality standards to ensure that every client receives nothing short of the finest quality hair extensions. All of our products are derived from 100% human hair of the highest quality sourced in virgin remy condition from human donors. Members of our team travel to various countries around the world to meet our suppliers and hand-select the hair in person. As part of our quality control process, every order is thoroughly inspected before shipping in order to maintain the luxury standard requirements of our clients.

We take great pride in our high levels of customer satisfaction and our #1 goal is always for every client to be perfectly happy with their purchase. As such, we offer a quality guarantee for all our hair extensions. This means that we will replace a client's purchase free of charge in the rare instance that they receive a sub-quality batch of hair. 

In order to request a replacement, the client must contact info@miellee.com within 30 days of receiving their purchase and notify us of any problem with the hair extensions. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide them with the return address for our warehouse where they will need to ship back the hair to be inspected and to confirm that they qualify for the replacement. Once they have notified us of the issue, we require that they return the hair within 7 days to ensure the most expedited resolution.

 

These are the exact conditions for us accepting a package back & offering an exchange under the quality guarantee:

  • the product must prove to be substandard (further explained under terms & conditions below)
  • you must notifiy us within 30 days of receipt that your product is sub-standard
  • the product must ship back to us within 7 days of notifying us of the issue
  • the buyer is responsible for shipping costs associated with mailing the product back to us
  • if we receive the product back and we see that it has been colored or chemically altered in any way, we will not exchange it
  • if the product is damaged through excessive use of heat, we will not exchange it
  • if the product has been damaged through razor cutting or any form of cutting, we will not exchange it
  • if we determine that the product is faulty, we will refund the buyer for the return shipping costs and we will cover all shipping costs associated with sending them a new product


TERMS & CONDITIONS
Miellee Hair Extensions are completely natural and not manufactured by a factory. As such, each bundle is unique and will behave like real human hair. This means that the hair will respond to weather conditions, styling habits, use of heat, and products, just as the hair attached on your head would respond. Miellee Hair Company does not guarantee any specified length of time that the extensions will last and it will not be held responsible for "flaws" that would be considered normal behavior of human hair. The quality of the hair is determined through a series of  industry-accepted tests that determine the elasticity and porosity of the hair. PLEASE NOTE: Light colored hair is the most fragile hair type and is naturally more prone to tangle than darker hair. This is normal and is not considered an indicator of sub-quality. Additionally, Miellee Hair Company is not responsible for damage caused to your extensions by excessive use of heat or damaging products. We test all returns to ensure that they are genuine Miellee Hair products and to ensure that they have not been mistreated or falsely returned. You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your exchange with a tracking number as Miellee Hair Company will not be held responsible for lost returns. Please note that exchanges for merchandise returned without contacting us first will be denied as exchanges cannot be accepted at our warehouse facility.

 

Please note that all sales are final and we do not offer refunds under any circumstance, only exchanges as explained above.

In a case where any of the above terms & conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.

Orders that are cancelled by the client after payment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

7 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY

If you discover that you ordered the wrong color, texture, or product for yourself, you will have 7 days from the delivery date to exchange your extensions for a different product, color or texture. Items for exchange must be shipped back unworn, unused, in the original packaging. Learn more >

 

COLOR MATCHING

We understand it may be difficult to choose the correct shade and texture when purchasing hair extensions online, and we are here to help! Just email info@miellee.com several photos of your hair and we will email you right away with our recommendation for color and texture. Simple! For optimal results, please include a photo in natural light as well as a photo in indoor light so we can provide the most accurate recommendation possible.

CUSTOM REQUESTS

We offer a wide array of color and texture options online. However, if none of the existing options are a match for your hair, we can also custom make a set of extensions to perfectly match your hair.
